Job Description
Sales & Relationship Management:
• Identify and target potential clients, including schools, educational institutions, and professional institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of tour offerings
• Accompanies client on ocular visits
• Maintains and updates a record of clients
Lead Generation:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Attend biddings, meetings, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.
Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to booking and post-tour follow-up.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of tours.
Others
• Suggests improvement to marketing and sales initiative
• Performs other duties that may be assigned
Work Arrangement: Full-time
Requirements

Proficient in English and Tagalog

Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or any related field

Has background in the Tourism industry or similar industry

Advanced computer literacy and ability to utilize Office Tools

Determined to achieve targets

Stable internet connection
Salary
-
Starting at Php 23,000.00 gross per month
